Shipping

Locations: our production partners deliver world-wide. Products in our store have been specifically selected to provide the widest number of production locations around the world, including major countries: Australia, USA, Canada, UK, Spain and Latvia.

Production: when you place an order, your product will automatically be fulfilled at the nearest available facility to minimizes delivery times.

Delivery time: refer to the estimated delivery times below or view more accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process.

Stock availability: not all products and variations are available in all locations. If a particular product is not available locally, it will be produced at the next closest facility, which may be in a different country and may extend shipping times up to 20-25 days.

You can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout based on the products in your shopping cart.

Estimate delivery times

Business days: estimates are based on business days and are from the time of order placement to delivery at destination.

Apparel: estimates are based on a standard t-shirt that is available and produced in the country of delivery. Not all apparel types are available in all countries and may need to be produced in another country.

Accessories: special items such as mobile phone accessories, caps and mugs may have reduced production locations and may take longer to arrive.

Free delivery offer

Application: free delivery is offered for the total shopping cart amount, after any discounts, vouchers or coupons are applied.

Delivery type: the free delivery offer is currently only valid for standard shipping rates.

Minimum spend: free delivery is automatically calculated when a minimum spend amount of $100 AUD (or equivalent in your currency) is reached in the shopping cart.

Changes to free delivery: we may change the minimum spend amount at any time without notice. If there is a change in the minimum spend amount, it will be reflected on our website banners and or communicated via our relevant mailing list(s).

Returns & refunds

^Returns accepted: we can only accept returns if the product received is:

– misprinted or incorrect^
– not as described^
– damaged or defective^

Return cost: the returned product will be recovered from the production company and product replaced at no extra cost to the customer.

Compensation: we offer a replacement of the incorrect or defective product or a refund of the value of the product minus shipping costs.

Incorrect address: production of goods typically commences the same day as the order is placed. If you have entered a wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address and within 0-12 hours of the order .

If the item has already been dispatched, then you may need to cover an additional shipping cost to redirect the item to the correct address.

Change of mind: we do not offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind since only one product is manufactured per order – there is no stock and a new product would need to be purchased to cover new production costs.

Returns process:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns outside this time frame.
  2. Reply directly to your order confirmation email from us and include a description and photo of the issue.
  3. If the return is warranted you will be issued a return label and will need to return the product to the address on the original packaging.
  4. If you would like a refund for an accepted return^, a transfer will be issued once the item is returned.
